Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Facebook AD Executive specializing in the Indian e-commerce sector. This role is pivotal in steering our sales campaigns to new heights through the strategic use of Facebook Ads. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring our portfolio of multiple Indian e-commerce brands thrives in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Full-time Remote Facebook AD Executive. The Facebook ads executive will be responsible for:

  • Audience Research & Targeting:

Identify and create custom audiences that align with D2C brand goals.

Leverage Meta's audience tools to segment customers and create highly targeted campaigns.

Develop audience personas to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ads.

  • Strategy Development:

Formulate comprehensive Meta marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Plan campaigns in alignment with the overall marketing goals and D2C market trends.

  • Campaign Optimization:

Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance by adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives.

Implement A/B testing to identify the best-performing content, creatives, and audience segments.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting:

Track key metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPC, and ROAS to measure the success of campaigns.

Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, including suggestions for further optimization.

  • Creative Collaboration and Coordination:

Coordinate with freelance designers or graphic designers to communicate the client's creative expectations..

Share client feedback and work closely with the designers to ensure that the final creatives align with the client's vision and requirements.

  • Competitor Analysis:

Conduct regular competitor research to understand market trends and best practices.

Use insights from competitor strategies to enhance the brand's advertising efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for D2C brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize based on performance.
  • Creative mindset to develop engaging ad content and strategies.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features and algorithm changes.
