We are looking for an **experienced Media Buyer** who can take ownership of ad account performance, optimize campaigns, and deliver exceptional results.
**Role Overview**
As a **Media Buyer**, you will be responsible for managing ad spend across **Meta and Google Ads**, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring our clients achieve their revenue and growth goals. You will track key trends, maintain account health, resolve tracking issues, and work closely with the creative team to test new angles and improve campaign performance. This role requires someone who can **hit the ground running from Day 1** with their expertise and skill set.
**Key ResponsibilitiesAd Account Management & Strategy**
- Manage and **scale ad spends** across **Meta and Google Ads** while maintaining profitability.
- **Monitor and optimize campaigns** daily to maximize ROAS and achieve client objectives.
- Create **monthly ad spend projections** for both platforms and ensure proper execution.
- **Find new creative angles** for products and work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ads.
- Maintain **account health** by optimizing campaign structures, avoiding overlap, and ensuring a stable performance.
- Resolve **tracking issues** such as over-tracking, no tracking, or other account-related discrepancies.
**Tracking & Reporting**
- Maintain a **daily tracking sheet**, noting key changes, insights, and trends.
- Inform clients about **sudden trend shifts** that may impact performance, both positively and negatively.
- Prepare and present **weekly ad account reports**, explaining campaign performance and actionable insights in client calls.
- Ensure **quick responses and resolution of client queries** within 24 hours.
**Creative & Team Collaboration**
- **Manage the creative development team**, providing insights on ad performance and suggesting creative improvements.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, adapting strategies to align with the **latest Meta and Google Ads UI changes**.
- Ensure a **smooth onboarding process** for new clients, setting up their campaigns and workflow efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** managing **Meta and Google Ads** for multiple eCommerce brands.
- Proven track record of **scaling ad accounts profitably** while maintaining KPIs.
- **In-depth knowledge** of campaign structures, bid strategies, tracking, and optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of **Meta and Google Ads KPIs**, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and AOV.
- Experience handling **multiple ad accounts** and **adapting to platform updates** quickly.
- Strong **problem-solving skills** to troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and account-related issues.
- Ability to **manage creative production** by identifying new angles and trends.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** to build trust with clients and team members.
- **Presentable, welcoming, and respectful** demeanor in client interactions and internal team meetings.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure **ad projections are met within proper timelines**.
- Preferably **experience in a marketing agency** as a **Media Buyer**.
