Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Golang Technical Lead to drive backend architecture and development for large-scale, distributed systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, passionate about clean code and performance, and skilled at leading teams through complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services using Golang. Architect scalable, secure, and reliable systems on cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Define and enforce best practices in microservices, API design, and system reliability. Review code, guide technical decisions, and mentor engineers to elevate code quality and team capability. Collaborate with product and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery and high availability. Drive continuous improvement through automation, observability, and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with at least 3 years in Golang. Strong experience with microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven architectures. Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and concurrency in Go. Experience in mentoring developers and leading engineering initiatives.

Good to Have: Experience with AWS or GCP cloud services and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).Familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD) and clean architecture principles. Exposure to Agile development and modern DevOps practices.
