Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee attendance, HR records, policies, and compliance.
- Ensure timely task completion and operational accuracy.
2. Team Management
- Supervise and guide HR team members.
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback.
3. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Plan engagement initiatives and address grievances.
- Drive retention efforts to minimize attrition.
4. Recruitment & Vendor Coordination
- Manage vendor hiring and support in-house recruitment.
- Update job descriptions as per business needs.
5. Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct inductions and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Familiarize new hires with company policies and culture.
6. Appraisal & Performance
- Assist with appraisals, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Support feedback and improvement processes.
7. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize sessions.
- Track training impact and learning outcomes.
8. Admin & Director Support
- Manage directors calendar and assist with HR/admin tasks.
- Ensure smooth coordination of meetings and appointments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Accuracy in attendance tracking and HR operational tasks.
- Timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.
- Employee engagement activities conducted per quarter.
- Recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time) and successful hiring ratio.
- Training sessions arranged and feedback collected.
- Employee retention rate and grievance resolution effectiveness.
- Directors schedule managed with minimal conflicts.
