Job Purpose:

The HR Operations role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR processes, ensuring smooth execution of employee life cycle activities, maintaining accurate employee data, and supporting compliance with HR policies and procedures. The position acts as the backbone of HR by ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction in operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Life Cycle Management

  2. Handle onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.

  3. Maintain employee records (offers, confirmations, transfers, separations).
  4. HR Data & Systems
  5. Maintain HRIS / HRMS database and ensure data accuracy.
  6. Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports (attendance, headcount, attrition, etc.).

  7. Payroll & Compliance Support

  8. Coordinate with payroll team for timely processing.

  9. Ensure statutory compliance support (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).

  10. Employee Engagement & Support

  11. Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.

  12. Support HR initiatives like engagement activities, surveys, and recognition programs.

  13. Policy Implementation

  14. Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes across departments.

  15. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies where required.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel / HRMS tools
