Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Supervise and guide the recruiter for end-to-end hiring (technical, sales, service, and support roles).
  • Develop manpower plans and coordinate with department heads for timely hiring.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage HR documentation offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with accounts.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Manage HR audits and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act).

3. Performance Management

  • Implement KRA/KPI-based appraisal systems.
  • Track employee performance and coordinate mid-year & annual reviews.
  • Support managers in identifying training & development needs.

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Address grievances and ensure healthy employee relations.
  • Foster a positive work culture through recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.

5. HR Strategy & Compliance

  • Contribute to HR policy creation and implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Support leadership in organizational development and manpower planning.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Experience:510 years of experience in HR, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial or B2B service sectors preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance,

    and HR operations.
