Role & responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Supervise and guide the recruiter for end-to-end hiring (technical, sales, service, and support roles).
- Develop manpower plans and coordinate with department heads for timely hiring.
- Maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage HR documentation offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with accounts.
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Manage HR audits and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act).
3. Performance Management
- Implement KRA/KPI-based appraisal systems.
- Track employee performance and coordinate mid-year & annual reviews.
- Support managers in identifying training & development needs.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Address grievances and ensure healthy employee relations.
- Foster a positive work culture through recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
5. HR Strategy & Compliance
- Contribute to HR policy creation and implementation.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and HR best practices.
- Support leadership in organizational development and manpower planning.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- Experience:510 years of experience in HR, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial or B2B service sectors preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance,
and HR operations.
