We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions within our education and skill development company. The ideal candidate will be a key strategic partner, focused on acquiring, developing, and retaining top talent to drive the organization's mission of fostering continuous learning and enhancing skills. This role involves balancing employee needs with business goals, ensuring legal compliance, and championing a positive, high-performance learning culture. Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions tailored to specific educational roles (e.g., instructors, course developers, technical experts) to onboarding new hires, ensuring a strong cultural and skills fit.
- Training & Development Oversight: Identify organizational and individual training needs and design, implement, and monitor training and development programs that enhance employee skills and align with industry demands.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and guidance to managers, and support succession planning for key leadership roles.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between management and employees, resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and implementing initiatives to boost morale and retention within the unique education sector environment.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration: Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits packages that attract and retain top educational talent, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development budgets.
- Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure all HR practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws and educational regulations. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in the employee handbook.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and data (e.g., turnover rates, engagement surveys) to provide insights to management and make data-driven decisions that improve HR processes and organizational performance.
