Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Skill Development /DDUKK/ DDU-GKY / PMKVY / Skill Sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for DDUKK/DDU-GKY and other skill development projects.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for various project roles.
  • Coordinate with project heads and center managers for manpower requirements.
  • Maintain strong database and network of candidates in the skill development sector.
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
  • Handle onboarding formalities and documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of DDUKK/ DDU-GKY recruitment norms and job roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and sourcing ability within the skill sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined.

Eligibility:

  • Female candidate only.
  • Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
  • Prior experience in DDUKK/ DDU-GKY or Skill Development projects is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
