We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
HR Manager
to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and strategic HR planning to align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities -
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management: hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance, and exit formalities.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems and reward programs.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing grievances, conflicts, and employee concerns.
- Plan and execute training & development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and employee data management.
- Develop HR policies and ensure their proper implementation across the organization.
- Work with senior management to forecast workforce needs and plan manpower accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training, employee relations, labor law, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
