Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Training Manager located in Ranchi. The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs for sales teams and insurance consultants, conducting needs assessments, teaching training methodologies, and evaluating training effectiveness. The role also involves coordinating with branch managers and other stakeholders to ensure training objectives align with regional business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in training and development, including conducting needs assessments and implementing training programs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and sales training experience
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with training technologies and e-learning platforms is a plus
