Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Ranchi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the designated region by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring a sales team, monitoring market trends, developing sales plans, and ensuring the efficient execution of sales initiatives to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong abilities in Market Research, Team Management, and Client Relationship Building
  • Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Experience in working with financial products or solutions is an asset
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and creating actionable sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
