Human Resources (HR) Executive
Salary: Up to 3 Lakhs per annum
Experience: 2 to 7 years in Human Resources.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Mandatory Requirements: Personal computer/laptop, mobile phone, and a stable broadband internet connection.

Role & Responsibilities
As an HR Executive, you will be a key part of our recruitment team, managing critical stages of the hiring process for both our clients and our internal company needs.
Client Recruitment Operations:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and offer management.
* Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding their interview schedules and logistical details.
* Maintain clear and timely communication with clients to align on interview timings and feedback.
Internal HR Functions:
* Conduct the final round of interviews for our company's internal hiring needs.
* Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding new hires and managing employee records.
* Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Specifications
Experience:
* A minimum of 2 year of experience in a recruitment or human resources role is mandatory.
* Proven experience in interview scheduling and calendar management.
* Experience in conducting interviews or participating in the final stages of the hiring process is highly preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
* Proficient in using scheduling software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Training & Compensation:
* A 45-day on-the-job software training will be provided.
* Candidates will receive a compensation of 20,000 upon successful completion of the certification process.
Education:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
