About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Workday Functional Trainees. This is a unique opportunity for early-career HR professionals to build a career in HR Technology, working with one of the leading Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms Workday.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA graduates from 2022 onwards with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in an HR role (generalist, operations, recruitment, etc.).
  • Strong interest in HR systems, technology, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

  • Exposure to any HRMS platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and workflows.
