Job Overview:

We are seeking a certified Workday Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Workday configuration, integration, and functional support across multiple modules. This role requires both technical proficiency and functional understanding to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, or Financials based on business needs.
  • Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical Workday solutions.
  • Support data conversion, system upgrades, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Workday processes align with business goals.
  • Perform system testing, prepare documentation, and deliver end-user training.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and audit standards within Workday systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Workday Certification (mandatory).
  • 5–10 years of experience in Workday techno-functional roles.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financial modules.
  • Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and custom reports (Calculated Fields, Composite Reports).
  • Sound understanding of Workday security, business processes, and data structures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday Extend or Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Previous involvement in Workday implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Background in HR, Finance, or IT with cross-functional project exposure.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
