Role: Workday Configuration Consultant

Experience Range: 6+

Mandatory Skillsets / Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting
  • Experience implementing Workday Financial Management or other ERP systems
  • Hands-on experience in functional areas such as:
  • R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Dimension / Chart of Accounts Design)
  • P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts)
  • O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts)
  • Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany
  • Workday Finance Certification in at least one functional area (preferably Record to Report - R2R)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good-to-Have Skillsets
  • Implementation or support experience with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft
  • Configuration support experience in Payroll, Recruitment, and Talent Management

  • Responsibilities

  • Participate in configuration support independently or with a Team Lead/Project Manager

  • Gather requirements and prototype configuration changes
  • Maintain and support current business processes and setup data by resolving defects, applying enhancements, and updates
  • Collaborate with Workday configuration and integration analysts to define requirements and technical specifications
  • Analyze business requirements and produce detailed solution specifications in consultation with client process owners
  • Ensure smooth operations of Workday System Architecture including integrations and custom reports/dashboards
  • Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns as needed
  • Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams to plan and provide support
