Role Overview:

Sirona is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to lead its Institutional Business vertical. This role focuses on strategic expansion through vending machine installations, partnering with hotels, restaurants, corporates, and driving brand visibility across HORECA and facility management sectors. The ideal candidate will combine strong B2B sales acumen with the ability to execute on-ground rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Institutional Business Development

  • Develop and implement a robust institutional sales strategy for Sirona's hygiene and wellness products.
  • Identify and onboard institutional clients including hotels, restaurants, cafes, hospitals, airports, coworking spaces, educational institutions, and corporate offices.
  • Build strong relationships with facility management companies and procurement heads.

2. Vending Machine Rollout

  • Drive the installation and operationalization of sanitary product vending machines across targeted public and private locations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for installation, maintenance, and supply chain fulfillment.
  • Monitor machine performance and ensure timely replenishments.

3. Visibility & Brand Activation

  • Partner with the marketing team to boost brand presence across institutional and high-footfall areas.
  • Lead activation campaigns and hygiene awareness initiatives at partner sites.
  • Identify opportunities for co-branding, POS displays, and on-site promotions.

4. Account & Relationship Management

  • Nurture long-term partnerships and manage key accounts with a customer-first mindset.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through continuous engagement and problem-solving.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track performance against sales targets and vending machine KPIs.
  • Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and insights to the leadership team.
  • Leverage data to optimize placement and product mix across institutions.
