Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an ASM-Property Investment position. The role involves managing property investment portfolios and providing expert advice on real estate investments. The main tasks include identifying investment opportunities, conducting market analysis, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. The ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients is crucial. The role demands a proactive approach in achieving sales targets and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate
  • Proven Sales skills in the real estate domain
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is advantageous
