Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Property Investment Specialist. The Property Investment Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with their property investment needs, conducting market research, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends. Daily tasks include engaging with potential investors, understanding their investment requirements, offering suitable property solutions, and coordinating with other team members to facilitate property transactions. The role demands strong customer service and communication skills to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
  • Proven track record in Sales
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and investment strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with real estate software and CRM tools is a plus
