Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Manager based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Investment Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management, handling lease administration, negotiating leases, and managing real estate and commercial real estate investments. The role involves working closely with clients to optimize their property investments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Proficiency in managing Leases and Real Estate transactions
- Knowledge and expertise in Commercial Real Estate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications in real estate or property management are a plus
