Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an ASM-Property Specialist located in Bengaluru. The ASM-Property Specialist will be responsible for handling customer service queries, managing property listings, assisting with property transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, providing property-related information, conducting property showings, and facilitating sales processes. You will work closely with both property owners and potential buyers or tenants to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
- Sales skills with a focus on real estate transactions
- Ability to work independently and with teams
- Familiarity with property management and real estate regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus
- Experience in using property management software is beneficial
