Work Schedule

Full time, six days a week with Sunday off from 10 AM to 6 PM

Role

We are looking for a self driven professional to manage end to end rental operations for residential and commercial properties in Bangalore. The role will involve handling the complete rental cycle including

  1. Lead generation for rental properties
  2. Talking to prospects, planning and conducting property visits
  3. Coordinating with the internal team for smooth scheduling of viewings
  4. Following up with prospects and driving closure of deals
  5. Onboarding tenants, managing documentation, deposits, agreements, and move in formalities
  6. Ongoing tenant management throughout the lease period including maintenance requests, queries, escalations
  7. Handling tenant exits, preparing damage and move out reports, transition handovers, and restarting the property for the next rental cycle
  8. Supporting other aspects of property management related to rentals

Must Have Skills and Tools

  1. Proven experience in rental business or property management in Bangalore residential or commercial
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  3. Ability to manage leads, follow ups, and closures with a result oriented approach
  4. Comfortable working with digital platforms, online meetings, and communication tools
  5. Proficiency in Email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media for business
  6. Good documentation and reporting skills using MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint
  7. Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge of Kannada and South Indian languages is a strong plus
  8. Pleasant personality with strong client servicing skills
  9. Must be a team player with positive attitude and problem solving mindset
  10. Candidate should have own laptop smartphone and vehicle
  11. Street smart, entrepreneurial, and willing to take ownership
