As a part of the Commercial Leasing team at Fincity, you will play a crucial role in maximizing occupancy and rentals at our diverse portfolio of commercial real estate properties. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Planning & Leasing:** - Formulate and execute targeted leasing strategies to optimize occupancy rates. - Identify high-potential clients and sectors for leasing. - **Client Engagement:** - Conduct impactful presentations and proposals for prospective clients. - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to close deals effectively. - **Channel Partner Relationships:** - Build and nurture strong relationships with IPCs, brokers, and channel partners. - Enhance brand visibility through effective partnerships. - **Leasing Process Management:** - Oversee the entire leasing process from negotiations to the execution of Lease Deeds. - Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with best practices in all documentation. - **Reporting and Analysis:** - Generate detailed inventory and lease management reports. - Provide valuable insights into market trends and leasing strategy performance through analysis. Joining Fincity's Commercial Leasing team will offer you the opportunity to be a part of a real estate alternate investment platform with an AUM of over 1,500 Cr and plans to expand its portfolio to over 5 million sq. ft.,
