Role Requirements:

  • Experience in Commercial Leasing:

  • The candidate should have a proven track record in
    commercial real estate leasing
    , covering office, retail, or mixed-use properties. They must have handled
    end-to-end leasing activities
    — from prospecting and client negotiations to final closures and renewals. Experience in developing leasing strategies, identifying anchor tenants, and managing occupancy targets will be preferred.

  • Strong Network with IPCs:

  • Must possess an established professional network with
    International Property Consultants (IPCs)
    such as The role requires strong
    broker and channel partner relationships
    to drive leasing transactions, generate leads, and ensure consistent pipeline development.

  • Leadership Experience (Head / VP Level):

  • Should currently be functioning as a
    Head of Marketing or Leasing
    in a smaller organization, or as the
    second-in-command (VP/Deputy Head)
    in a larger real estate setup. The candidate must demonstrate
    strategic leadership, team management
    , and the ability to align marketing and leasing efforts with business goals.

  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. The candidate should be capable of engaging confidently with
    CXO-level clients, corporate occupiers, developers, and IPC partners
    , as well as delivering impactful presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
