Job Overview

We are seeking a Sr Leasing Manager to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time, mid-level position perfect for individuals with up to 6 years of experience in leasing management. The candidate will be expected to utilize their expertise in commercial real estate, lease negotiation, and market analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a leasing manager with a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate dynamics.
  • Proficiency in leasing manager functions (Mandatory skill), demonstrating a strong grasp of real estate management.
  • Strong skills in commercial real estate software to effectively manage property listings and client interactions.
  • Expertise in lease negotiation to secure favorable terms and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Capability in property management, overseeing lease agreements, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
  • Experience with financial analysis tools to assess potential properties and prepare financial models.
  • Adept at market trend analysis to stay informed on the latest real estate developments and opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel to handle large datasets, financial analysis, and reporting tasks.
  • Knowledge of contract law to ensure all leasing activities comply with legal standards and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of leasing functions including tenant occupancy, lease negotiation, and administration.
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants for the commercial spaces.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging market trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants, ensuring mutual agreement and compliance with legal standards.
  • Prepare and maintain financial models, lease analytics, and reports for senior management review.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to ensure seamless property operations and maintenance.
  • Utilize commercial real estate software to track lease transactions and manage tenant databases effectively.
