Client Overview: Our client operates in the real estate industry.
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to manage day-to-day administrative and executive support tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Gender Preference: Male
Preferred Age Range: 35 to 42 years old or younger
Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience.
Qualifications: Graduate + Master's degree (MBA preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MDs calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Screen and direct phone calls; manage correspondence and communications.
- Prepare and format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Organise travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
- Organise and maintain office filing systems.
- Ensure a timely and accurate flow of information to facilitate decision-making.

- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with senior management, clients, and employees.
