Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Associate (Insurance Domain), based in Bengaluru. The responsibility of the Customer Success Associate includes engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves building strong relationships to enhance customer retention, analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer experiences. Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Retention strategies and building long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and improve services
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and related processes is preferred
  • Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
