We're growing fast and looking for a
Customer Success Associate
who can build strong client relationships, deliver measurable results, and make customer satisfaction more than just a metric.
What you'll do:
- Build and nurture relationships with D2C clients across global markets.
- Act as the main point of contact — understanding goals, solving challenges, and creating long-term success.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines with precision.
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
- Work with cross-functional teams to turn client insights into strategic action.
- Present results, insights, and reports that tell a clear story of impact.
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, or a client-facing role. Freshers with strong marketing instincts are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong understanding of B2B or SaaS models is a plus.
- Comfortable managing clients across time zones.
- Proactive, organized, and passionate about helping brands grow through technology.
