Historically, customer success has been founder-led, resulting in star reviews and exceptionally strong net negative churn, with several customers expanding 5–10X from their initial engagement.

As we scale rapidly—having grown 10X in the past year and aiming to do it again—we are strengthening our focus on customer retention, product adoption, and building true advocates for our platform. This role is central to nurturing customer loyalty and channeling insights that shape product direction.

Requirements

What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end customer relationships and ensure they are achieving maximum success.
  • Track adoption and usage for enterprise accounts to drive product value, retention, upsells, and expansion revenue.
  • Become a trusted product advisor—guiding customers with best practices and deep product knowledge.
  • Collect customer feedback and translate insights into meaningful recommendations for product improvements.
