We are committed to building lifelong relationships with our customers, and customer success is at the heart of that mission. Historically, customer success has been founder-led, resulting in star reviews and exceptionally strong net negative churn, with several customers expanding 5–10X from their initial engagement.
As we scale rapidly—having grown 10X in the past year and aiming to do it again—we are strengthening our focus on customer retention, product adoption, and building true advocates for our platform. This role is central to nurturing customer loyalty and channeling insights that shape product direction.
RequirementsWhat You'll Do
- Own end-to-end customer relationships and ensure they are achieving maximum success.
- Track adoption and usage for enterprise accounts to drive product value, retention, upsells, and expansion revenue.
- Become a trusted product advisor—guiding customers with best practices and deep product knowledge.
- Collect customer feedback and translate insights into meaningful recommendations for product improvements.
- You care deeply about delivering a world-class customer experience—one that feels thoughtful, personalized, and premium.
- You genuinely enjoy helping people succeed and celebrating their wins.
- You are an engineering graduate with 1+ years of B2B customer success experience.
- You enjoy engaging in conversations with diverse individuals and learning from their perspectives.
