Overview of the role:

Location: Bangalore
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with college students, faculty, HOD, and management, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Analyze customer data to enhance experiences and drive business growth.
  • Research and publish insightful white papers that contribute to industry knowledge.
  • Develop training materials and conduct product demonstrations to empower clients.
  • Develop and document high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives.
  • Evaluate and refine onboarding processes, communication infrastructures, and customer success initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in people management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for the education sector and a desire to enact change.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.

Education Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech/BA/MA/MBA/BBA
