Role Description
This is an on-site contract role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting customer retention. The role includes conducting regular client check-ins, identifying opportunities for growth, addressing client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to align services with customer goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service skills
- Strong Relationship Building and Customer Retention abilities
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs effectively
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in technology or digital transformation industries is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
