Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at InfraMantra. Based in Gurgaon and Delhi, this full-time role involves leading sales efforts in the Real Estate sector. You will play a crucial role in driving field sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their property investment needs are met effectively.

Salary upto 6LPA.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales with a strong understanding of the real estate market and trends.
  • Demonstrable experience in field sales, capable of managing face-to-face interactions with potential clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and developers.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions for property investments.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools for tracking and managing leads.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in managing a sales team, including training and development of team members.
  • Must have the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the property market.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, setting targets and monitoring performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate developers to foster partnership and growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas of growth for the company.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and developers.
  • Analyze sales data to improve efficiency and meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and establish a robust online presence.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
