As a Recruiter, you will work closely with our client organizations to fulfill their hiring needs. You will be trained and guided to manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience into Middle East Hiring
  • Understand client hiring needs, job descriptions, and workforce requirements
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fitment
  • Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities on ATS/CRM platforms
  • Support offer management and onboarding coordination
  • Generate reports and dashboards as needed by the customer or internal leadership
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders
