JOB PURPOSE

The primary objective of this role is to manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely, compliant, and quality hiring through effective coordination, candidate management, and stakeholder engagement.

Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Post job requisitions and manage approvals (SF or trackers).
  • Screen and shortlist candidates; manage candidate records.
  • Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and support hiring managers.
  • Generate and issue Offer Letters.
  • Conduct background checks with third-party vendors.
  • Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
  • Coordinate with agencies/vendors for critical or niche roles.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Experience in TA domain
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills required
  • Demonstrates proficient expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Exhibits consistent quality control in work
  • Experience in the same domain, worked in relevant industry like, utility services, construction, engineering or related market
  • Knowledge of Arabic language is good to have as a bonus one (Not a mandatory requirement)

Competency Requirement

  • GCC Experience proven track record supporting HR operations in KSA and/or UAE.
  • Hands-on HRIS Expertise especially SAP Success Factors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Offboarding, Recruiting).
  • Process Knowledge onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, talent acquisition, data management.
  • Cultural Fit strong English communication and awareness of GCC workplace practices.
  • Service Orientation ability to handle high-volume HR operations within SLA standards.

Important Note-

  • Middle East hiring experience is mandatory and should have valid passport.
  • Its 5 days working from office model
  • Working week is from Sunday Thursday
  • Weekly off shall be Friday/ Saturday
  • Shift timings : 9 hrs shift (general shift)
