Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Working Days: 6 Days

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning, sourcing, and screening to offer management and onboarding — while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, ATS, networking, and other innovative channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and ensure timely feedback.
  • Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
  • Partner with senior HR members to understand manpower requirements and deliver quality hires.
  • Support employer branding activities, including campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
  • Handle documentation, release of LOIs and appointment letters, and onboarding processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in working with ATS, job portals, and professional networking sites.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build talent pipelines effectively.

Mandatory Criteria

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG sector is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge in sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Male candidates only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹44,737.48 per month
