Role Overview:

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts across verticals including Sales, Operations, Product, and Technology. You'll work closely with hiring managers to build pipelines, drive hiring strategy, and ensure a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and job boards
  • Coordinate and conduct screening interviews and manage the interview pipeline
  • Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases
  • Drive employer branding initiatives through campaigns and social hiring
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience in coordination with the HR and admin teams

What We're Looking For:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth startup or healthtech/fintech domain
  • Proven ability to handle multiple open positions and manage hiring timelines
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external candidates
  • Experience with ATS platforms and hiring dashboards
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias for execution and outcomes

Work Culture:

  • We follow an alternate Saturday working model (2 Saturdays/month)
  • This is a full-time in-office role based in Sector 38, Gurugram
