Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The Specialist will also be involved in developing employer branding initiatives and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Sourcing, Recruiting, and Hiring skills
  • Experience with Interviewing techniques and best practices
  • Employer Branding skills and strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
