Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Senior Specialist

Location: Gurgaon

Department: Contingency Hiring

Reports To: Lead Talent Acquisition/ VP North

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, source, and hire top talent for our clients. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate & client experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates against received mandates, through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and networking platforms.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategy.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to critically evaluate the candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Salary negotiations and closing on joining dates, post offer and joining integration.
• Build Data base: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Ensure an outstanding client & candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the MIS
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, No. of candidates per hire).
• Support our branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs or recruiting events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, , Google X-ray search, Boolean search).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
