Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for handling the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves developing and maintaining employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, using various channels to source candidates, and managing the interview process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting skills
- Interviewing experience
- Employer Branding skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and articulate business goals
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
