Role Highlights:

  • End-to-end recruitment across various roles and departments
  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
  • Coordinating interviews, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth hiring process
  • Maintaining candidate pipelines and daily recruitment reports
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in
    end-to-end recruitment
    (Non-IT/BPO – depending on your focus)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Immediate availability to join
  • Prior agency or in-house recruitment experience preferred


Additional Info:

  • This is a
    contract role

    6 months to 1 year

  • Only BPO hiring experience
