Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Gurugram. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company. Additional responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also work on employer branding initiatives, attend job fairs, and build a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Experience in managing the recruitment process and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Employer branding and talent pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
