Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Domestic IT Recruiter to join our client's dynamic recruitment team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment within the Indian market and a keen ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Domestic IT recruitment for mid to senior-level roles
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
  • Source candidates through various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and culture fit
  • Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback from interview panels
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions within set timelines
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards regularly
  • Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Domestic IT hiring
  • Experience in South East Asia IT hiring will be a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and job portals
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders

Eligibility:

  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Only candidates with Domestic IT recruitment experience will be considered
  • Not suitable for US IT recruiters
