**Designation** : IT Recruiter
- Holding experience in Recruiting for PAN India.
- Involved in End-to-End Recruitment life cycle.
- Must have handled client like Infosys, Accenture, HCL, LTI, TCS, Philips, Harman, Brillio etc.
- Sourcing, Pre-Screening, Formatting Profiles, Scheduling Telecons, face to face discussions, follow ups, negotiating compensation packages.
- Ensuring the targets are met.
- Regular Interacting with Hiring Managers, Attending Vendor calls to understand requirements and sharing feedback.
- Providing induction details to the new joiner’s and taking care of the joining formalities.
- Maintaining database, Recruitment Reports and Trackers on various skill sets.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of IT Skills.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Gurgaon, Haryana (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
