HR Intern

Location: Xebia , (Gurugram Office)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Internto support our talent acquisition efforts. In this full-time role, you will be the backbone of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. Your organizational skills and communication abilities will play a vital role in helping us attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and status changes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support the creation and posting of job openings on various platforms.
  • Assist recruiters in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach.
  • Manage communication and logistics for recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure timely feedback and process alignment.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards related to recruitment metrics and hiring pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 to1 years of experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams) and familiar with ATS platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent candidate experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced tech or consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Should have strong communications skills.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 10,000.00 per month
