About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, with opportunities to support Talent Acquisition initiatives. You will play a key role in helping streamline HR processes, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities: HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Draft HR letters and support documentation (e.g., offer letters, internship letters)
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Coordinate with IT/Admin for employee asset management
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and job posting updates
- Support in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business / Psychology or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Interest in learning about core HR functions in a fast-paced environment
