Role Description

This is an internship opportunity for an HR Intern located on-site in Gurugram. The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day HR functions such as supporting HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating HR activities, ensuring policy adherence, interacting with staff to address HR-related concerns, and contributing to the development of HR systems and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Fundamental knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management and maintaining positive employee relations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
