Internship Overview:
This is a full-time, 3-month internship opportunity for individuals passionate about Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you will support core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and operations. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end HR processes, while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social platforms
- Screen and schedule candidates for roles across telesales, customer service, digital marketing, and operations
- Support day-to-day HR operations including documentation, onboarding, and employee records
- Assist in grievance handling, employee engagement activities, and performance tracking
- Participate in exit formalities and prepare related documentation
- Maintain trackers and contribute to HR reports

Who Can Apply:
Students or recent graduates with a passion for HR, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn. Candidates must be available for a full-time, on-site 6-month internship.
