IT Talent Acquisition -Technical Recruiter (Corporate Recruitment), Gurugram

As an IT Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter, you are the primary point of contact supporting all internal hiring requests working directly with our hiring managers and active candidates. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between candidates and the hiring managers, providing full life cycle recruitment, focusing on best in class hiring standards. As an IT Recruiter within our corporation, you will be tasked to source, review, screen, qualify and submit candidates to internal hiring leaders daily. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for meeting hiring demands, attending recruiting events, presenting in front of others, and providing guidance to hiring leaders aiding them in the selection process of a candidate.

Responsibilities 

  • Write and post technical job descriptions on various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, CEIPAL Etc.
  • Lead job and task analysis to document job responsibilities and requirements.
  • Source potential candidates on social media platforms.
  • Assess the abilities of the applicant by pre-screening calls.
  • Interview candidates consolidating different techniques.
  • Write and send customized recruiting emails with current employment openings to the passive candidates.

Requirements 

  • Graduation is Must. Technical degree will be an added advantage.
  • Proven 3+ years of recruiting experience as an IT Technical Recruiter in a product development company.
  • Skilled in different interview formats.
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Outstanding technical knowledge of various sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and analytical skills.
  • An outstanding problem-solver.
  • A keen eye on details for accuracy.
  • Good time management skills.
