- Have to handle HR generalist formalities like maintaining attendance records, releasing offer letters, induction, joining formalities, exit formalities.
- Doing bulk hiring for different International processes.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job portals.
- Execute pre screening and telephonic interviews.
- Maintaining and updating the database.
Qualifications and skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in International process recruitment.
- Should be target oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
