Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Account Manager, located in Mumbai. The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing account strategies, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams, and providing regular updates to clients. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and meeting sales targets to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Account strategy development and business growth identification skills
- Experience in market analysis and report preparation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology sector is a plus
